Family Guide to Mental Health

Project Team & Supporters

The Family Caregiving Project includes the Family Mental Health Cafés, an online Family Caregiving Survey, and a series of in-depth interviews with families across Ontario.

The project was designed and led by Charmaine C. Williams, PhD.  Toula Kourgiantakis, PhD joined the project as a co-investigator.

We are grateful for the contributions of research team members: Emily Mooney, Joelleann Forbes, Elizabeth Ibarra, Faisa Mohamed, Alexa Kirkland, Jenna Rines, and Amina Hussain.

This project would not have been possible without the collaboration of people at the following CMHA agencies in Ontario: CMHA Toronto, CMHA Ottawa, CMHA Kenora, CMHA Peel-Dufferin, CMHA Middlesex.

The project is funded by a grant from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada and funding from the Factor-Inwentash Chair in Health and Mental Health at the University of Toronto. The project received ethics approval at the University of Toronto (# 34791).
